Regular preventive maintenance and inspection can greatly extend the life of the conveyor belt and reduce the frequency of failures.
1. Regular inspection
Regularly check whether the conveyor belt is worn, cracked, damaged, deviated, etc., and adjust or replace it in time.
2. Cleaning
Regularly remove dirt and impurities on the conveyor belt to prevent foreign matter from entering the conveyor belt system, especially hard particles such as sand and gravel, which can easily damage the belt.
